Satish Kamat
Director, Technology & Marketing
Prior to founding JamBuster Technologies in April 2004, Satish spent over 11 years with Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. in R&D technology management roles.  As Innovation Manager of its $1.9 Billion Chemicals Group, he implemented project and portfolio management strategies and was recognized by APQC with its Best Practice Partner award. He led Air Products’ Center of Excellence for High Throughput in successfully accelerating speed-to-market and probability of success. Satish brings 18 years of experience in multi-site, product and services R&D team building and management.
Satish holds a Ph.D from Iowa State University, USA and a BS from Mumbai, India, both in Chemical Engineering.

Suneeta Kamat
Managing Director, Operations & Finance
As the co-founder of JamBuster Technologies, Suneeta brings over 18 years of operations and engineering management experience with Pennsylvania Power & Light, Inc. She brings project management experience in zero fault situations such as nuclear reactor core design and testing.
Suneeta holds a MS in Nuclear Engineering from Iowa State University, USA and a BS in Physics from Delhi University, India
