GWD HR

HR module provides critical features like resource management and automated leave management facilities. These facilities will provide better employee visibility to the Senior Managers and the HR Managers. At the same time, these features will ease their burden in managing a fast growing organization. GWD HR module can be further customized to suit different needs of the organization. It is available on a standalone basis or can be easily integrated with other GWD modules in the GWD framework.

Interaction with other GWD modules

Employee profiles created through GWD HR are visible in GWD Project and GWD Competency modules so that duplication is avoided. Once the employee profile is added through the HR module, the same can be used in GWD Project and GWD Competency module processes; thereby avoiding effort duplication.
The same applies when the employee leaves the organization; the profile will not be available for project planning or competency management processes.
Leave Management feature interfaces with GWD Project in such a way that no tasks are planned for the employees on planned leave dates
